Step 1: Choose Your Curriculum

Beginning Public Speaking

  • For classrooms with students ages 6 - 10 years or who don’t speak English as their first language
  • 8 lessons (50-minute sessions) 
  • OPTION: purchase a workbook to print for each student

A Reason to Speak

  • For classrooms with students ages 11 - 13 years 
  • 4 lessons (45-minute sessions)
  • OPTION: purchase access to the online classroom for each student

Express

  • For classrooms with students ages 14+ or who have already completed A Reason to Speak 
  • 20 lessons (50-minute sessions)
  • OPTION: purchase access to the online classroom for each student

Note: These are NOT ICC chapters so there are no ICC chapter member fees or member privileges. ICC certified student leadership lessons are only available through chapter membership.

INSTRUCTORS

Once you've decided on the delivery, and calculated the price, you'll purchase curricula for your instructors.

You'll have access to your curriculum for 180 days.

STUDENTS

Once you've purchased your curricula, you'll decide if you want to purchase workbooks or classroom-access for your students.

After you purchase your curriculum, you'll receive an email with details on how to purchase any student options.

Instructors purchasing any student option, your online access to curriculum is extended for an additional 180 days.

Students have access to their classroom for 180 days.

Questions About Instructor Access

Q. Can I join one of the support and connection video calls before I purchase?

Q. When will I get access to my instructor materials? 

A. In most cases, an instructor will gain access to the ICC Academy the same day the purchase is processed. 


Q. Can I add more than 1 instructor to a course? 

A. Of course! You can register additional instructors at any time, remembering that they will get access to the course for the same time frame as your initial instructors. 


Questions About Student Options


Q. Can I join one of the support and connection video calls before I purchase?

Q. How do I receive materials for my students?

A. For downloadable student worksheets: Once student materials are purchased, the instructor will be sent their downloadable student materials. The instructor will need to print these materials for your students.  


For online student access: Within 3 - 5 days of student purchases, you will be given information on how to welcome your students to their online course (in A Reason to Speak and Express). Plan on two weeks to familiarize yourself and your students with the online classroom before you start your class.


Q. Can I add students after my initial class begins?

A. Of course! If they have online access their access will expire at the same time as the expiration date for your initial students, generally one year after purchase of the instructor materials.


Q. Can I replace an online student who drops out of my classroom with another student who wants to join?

A. We are only able to substitute online student enrollment before your course begins. There is a $10 change fee for this service.


Q. Do you have any volume discounts?

A. We are pleased to offer discount pricing for volume purchases. 

  • For those who choose individual student pricing, you may combine the student totals from any of the 3 courses. If you have a total of 7 or more students, get 10% savings. 
  • For group licensing options, click HERE.

If you decide to order a license after purchasing materials for individual students, be aware that we cannot refund you for previously purchased students.
